Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services or purchasing products from Classey Lashey Inc. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking Appointments
To ensure a smooth booking experience, please note that a valid credit/debit card is required to book all appointments. Appointments must be scheduled online or through our official booking system. You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent. These policies help us maintain a professional and efficient service for all our valued clients at Classey Lashey Inc in St Louis, Missouri.

Effective: Immediately August 1, 2025
1. Booking Appointments

A valid credit/debit card is required to book all appointments.

Appointments must be scheduled online or through our official booking system.

You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent.
2. Deposits
-
A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 is required to secure your appointment.
-
Deposits go toward your service total.
-
If you reschedule within the allowed window, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50–100% service charge.
-
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be blocked from booking in the future.
4. Late Policy
-
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
-
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with a fee.
5. Refund Policy
-
We do not offer refunds on services.
-
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours so we can try to resolve it.
6. Aftercare & Retention
-
Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed for best results and retention.
-
Poor retention due to improper aftercare or lifestyle is not the responsibility of the artist.
7. Fills
-
Lash fills must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment.
-
You must have at least 40% of lashes remaining for it to be considered a fill; otherwise, it will be charged as a full set.
8. Guests & Children
-
Due to safety and space limitations, no extra guests or children are allowed at your appointment.
9. Health & Safety
-
Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup around the eye area.
-
If you are feeling unwell, have an eye infection, or contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

10. Photo & Media Release

By receiving services, you agree to allow before/after photos or videos to be taken and possibly used for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.) unless you request otherwise in writing

Additional Guidelines
